These terms govern your use of the Talent Links website and your submission of a preliminary assessment. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We are an international healthcare recruitment and travel-consulting agency connecting qualified healthcare professionals with employers in our established network in Canada and the United States. We are not currently accepting new employer partners.

No guarantee of employment

Submitting your profile does not guarantee employment, an interview, a visa, or work authorization. Eligibility and outcomes depend on your credentials, employer requirements, and the applicable laws and regulations of the destination jurisdiction.

Fees

• Our agency service fees relate to settlement and relocation support and, under our deferred payment plan, are payable in structured installments only after you have relocated and begun earning.
• Government, immigration, credential-assessment, licensing-exam, language-test, medical, travel and other third-party or legal costs are not covered by the agency and are paid directly by you as they arise.
• All fee arrangements are confirmed with you in writing before you commit.

Immigration and licensing

Immigration and work-authorization processes are coordinated with appropriately licensed professionals and the relevant authorities. We do not ourselves provide legal or immigration advice unless delivered by a duly authorized professional.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may affect your eligibility and any application.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talent Links is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
